From Vision to Results: TOC and PME training (more days)Van: 25 juni 2019 tot 03 juli 2019
Good planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) is crucial to provide insight into program results and to learn from them. Partos organizes in cooperation with Shape Your World and Jorin Consultancies a basic Course Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation for 2 and half days (June 25th, July 4 and 5).
Do your initiatives impact society?
Do you want to learn about Theory of Change, Logical Framework and Outcome Mapping? How Monitoring and Evaluation can help you improve and learn as an organisation? Than this course is something for you.
What will you learn?
You will learn about Theory of Change (TOC), a roadmap that shows how and why an initiative leads to the desired. Tools and principles related to Monitoring&Evaluation are also discussed. There is a lot of room to create and to discuss it with others.
You get homework to complete a TOC and monitoring plan with feedback from your colleagues.
In the return day and afternoon, you present your plans to each other and collect feedback. You will also receive an explanation of evaluation tools and how you can use them after implementation.
